STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Protomed SA on the ProtoBrix website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services

ProtoBrix offers modular components and accessories intended for testing and validating medical device prototypes. These products are not certified for clinical or medical use.


The offer includes:

- Standard components (e.g., handles, catheters, connectors, nose cones, accessories)

- Support services such as:

  - Compatibility assessment between your prototype and our components

  - Sales and usage support

  - Consulting and development advice for specific needs


Products are typically in stock. If temporarily unavailable, you will be notified of the manufacturing lead time.


3. Orders & Payments

We accept:

- Credit card payments via Stripe

- Bank transfers (shipping only after payment is received)


All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout when applicable.


No discounts are provided for professional clients or recurring orders.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide except to:

Iran, Syria, North Korea, North Sudan, Cuba, Crimea, Venezuela, Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine.


Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days, subject to stock availability.

Shipments are made via UPS or FedEx.


Shipping costs may apply; in such cases, the client will be notified before shipment.


The client is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel upon delivery and must report any visible damage. In case of confirmed loss, we will re-ship the order.


5. Returns & Withdrawal

You may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within the applicable timeframe.


However, due to the technical nature of the products, returns are not accepted, except in case of defects.


If a product is defective:

- The client must return it for inspection.

- Once verified, a replacement will be sent.


6. Data Protection

We collect and store client data for order processing and marketing communication.


- Your data is stored and processed using Odoo.

- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by French law.


In case of dispute, the competent court is TGI Strasbourg (France).

We will always seek amicable resolution first.
