U-HANDLE V2

Universal Off-the-Shelf Catheter dual actuator (6 to 24 Fr / steerable)

Stop designing handles.

Start testing your delivery systems today.

The U-Handle is a modular, ready-to-use platform designed to replicate the mechanical behavior of final clinical handles.
No need to spend months designing and machining your custom handle before you setup is tested and approved.

Technical Specifications:

  • Dual-Axis Control: Independent front and rear sliders for concentric tube management (e.g., Outer Sheath & Inner Member).

  • Universal Interface: Compatible with shafts from 6 Fr to 24 Fr using interchangeable internal inserts.

  • Stroke Precision: Available in 80, 100, or 120mm lengths. Sliders can be positioned anywhere along the rail to define custom forward/backward stroke ratios.

  • Steerable Option: Transform the front actuator into a pull-wire tensioner for deflectable tip catheters.

  • Rapid Integration: A dedicated bonding zone allows you to secure your tubes in less than 30 minutes.

  • Guidewire Ready: Integrated rear Luer port and central lumen for over-the-wire (OTW) applications.

Made for R&D engineers, this modular actuator handle is ideal for  catheters and minimally invasive delivery systems. By providing precision control out-of-the-box, the U-Handle helps you validate your concept faster and with greater confidence.

What’s in the box?

Shipped as a ready-to-assemble kit. The actuator housing and internal mechanisms come pre-assembled. Simply insert your specific tubing or shafts (outer and inner) using the provided instructions.

Simply choose your Internal and External tube diameter and stroke length below.

If you choose the steerable option the front half handle will be 120mm.
